Clouds Rolling in From France.

We had an unexpectedly beautiful and sunny morning today. Unfortunately I didn't wake up till seven, so I had to rush off to try and make the best of the day. I wasn't disappointed, the views were magnificent with all of the new snow high up and the dramatic rolling clouds from the high mountains.. The best part about it was that I managed to get a few photographs of a protected bird, the Black Grouse or Tetra Lyre as I walked up to a ridge. I will try to get some better shots on another occasion but for that I need to get up earlier!
