Euston Park Precinct

The former Wu Hop Trading Co (responsible for Curried Prawns and Rice on every Chinese restaurant menu since the 1960s) has been redeveloped - a motorcycle showroom, a car showroom and what looks like a very good Italian pasticceria. The ghost sign has been preserved.

Remarkably, at a time when local light industry continues to make way for apartments, the adjacent vacant land is slated for a new business park. It is next to the Westconnex interchange, though.
