Visiting the Remarkables Market …..

….. ….. ….. with my new Village neighbour, this morning; we caught up with another old friend as well. We enjoyed the lovely warm morning, but at the same time talked about the bizarre comparison with our fellow New Zealanders up north, struggling with the devastation left by Cyclone Gabrielle. It’s almost incomprehensible what they’re having to cope with. I think the death toll is now up to 11; and the authorities are saying that they suspect there’ll be more.
Missy loves it at the market. Many people take their dogs and it’s quite a social occasion for them too. Missy’s in her element. If dogs can be extroverted, she certainly is one of them.
