Awaiting surprises

A busy day at home. 

We woke early, about 5am, had a coffee, then I went back to sleep until 10am. Suitably refreshed we started on jobs in the garden as it was a decent day. B to clean the patio and for me a tidy up at the front of the house and in the potting shed. We did well and are pleased with our efforts.

The leftover goodies from yesterday were consumed with a cuppa this afternoon. 

This space under the hedge at the side of the drive is the distribution place for any seed heads pulled from the garden. What they produce is always a pleasant surprise.
