Lazy afternoon before a dinner out with a great group of friends; should be a good laugh.

Been watching the progress of Ironman Lanzarote today as two of our crazy friends are competing. So far both finished the swim and the bike and onto the run under the 10 hours mark. Just a marathon to go then! Rather them than me... The website is great and should update us with their status now about every 5km on the run.
