Catkins

Spotted the tree growing beside the large pond in the St Andrews Botanic Gardens. I can't remember ever seeing these lovely dusky pink catkins before.

Chilly and very damp today so it was best to keep on the move. Coffee in the Golf Museum cafe folllowed by some shopping as I needed a new pair of Troggings and then a trip to the botanics before heading for home.
