Knife Sharpener

I had my kitchen knives sharpened by Dave. There is nothing worse than  a dull blunt knife. I have them sharpened at least twice a year and use a fine diamond sharpener in between. I tried to do it myself but just could not get the edge as well as he can, practice and proper equipment.
