Work again!!

Got up early as the weather was perfect for running.
Dogs and I did the 5km loop to the beach and back to the hatchery before work.
Best part of the day, except when a dear friend of mine popped in to see me and have a cup of tea, then she insisted on helping me by feeding the lobsters and cleaning the filter socks. I am a very fortunate person to have such lovely friends
