Mardi Gras King Cake!

Mardi Gras is just a couple of days away now so time to eat King Cake. This one is a traditional King Cake - kind of a big cinnamon roll covered in icing and topped with sugars in the colors of Mardi Gras.

This King Cake was dessert after a delicious dinner of Cajun food - I had a shrimp po' boy and a bowl of gumbo. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
