The Hoe

Post church Sunday morning on the Hoe looking towards Mountbatten. Walked home then was given a lift up to PJs for lunch. Richard came to lunch and his son and daughter in law are moving into the family home which will be a relief to the neighbours who have been worried about it being empty. It will give the family time to sort the house out and decide what the best way forward is. Alex, his son, is training for the London Marathon and will be running 70 miles a week till the event itself. Fortunately he really enjoys running and he and his wife have recently moved to a vegan diet which he feels has given him a boost!
