Success

Yesterday’s endeavours were well received and we managed to keep the surprise party a secret.

As anticipated, the buttercream was very sweet, so for those wishing to protect their teeth the regular Victoria sponge cake was also very well received I  got a bitesize piece of each cake and was surprised how good they tasted. There was barely a crumb left by the end of the event.
