Glorious!

The Amaryllis is now almost in full bloom and so top heavy  that it has started to topple over!  I've placed it on a windowsill and put a piece of plain card behind it to photograph it and I rather think that it will have  to stay there so that the window can prop it up.
In other news: the gash in my leg is healing very slowly and we have decided that now it would be better to redress it every day, giving it some time open to the air to dry out a bit.  If it doesn't make good progress, I certainly won't be swimming daily when we arrive in Australia next week!
