Pull up the drawbridge

This morning I went out with the walking group.  It was a longer than usual walk on lanes and canal towpath near Maesbury.  It was mild and sunny and like a spring day.

This canal lift bridge near Morton is to link the farm with the other side of the canal enabling farm animals to be taken from one side to another.
