Today's bake

I found a recipe last week for Vegan Lemon & Basil Shortbread, so today I made it.
Delish, maybe could do with more Lemon Zest, but they're good; my daughter & her boyfriend like them too.
I was told that they're too smooth, I guess I could have pricked them with a fork, but for a 1st try I think I did a good job.
I went shopping earlier too, but no proper walk today.
I phoned the garage to see if they can look at my car window as I can't get it to open; they can look at it in 2 weeks time. :)
