Run Free

When we left home mid-morning the sun was out and with warm weather I put on shorts and sandals. Driving to Monknash Beach in the Vale of Glamorgan, nr Cowbridge (South Wales UK) it was raining and overcast. The forecast was for it to be dry and cloudy.

As we walked the mile to the beach from the car, the sun made an appearance and with the tide out it made for a lovely five mile walk with the daughters dogs able to run free. Nash Point cafe was shut.

Afterwards we visited my dad in Penarth and by the time we'd done some shopping in Cardiff Bay and got home it was nearing 7pm. A long day but the dogs have had plenty of exercise! They are on holiday after all!
