Down at the beach


We went to Smitingen today, the town's sandy beach on the outside of the island. There was very little snow but the sand was frozen. A few icefloes were bumping about in the corner of the bay, breaking up into smaller and smaller pieces and leaving a belt of ice-crystals rustling around on the edge.
