Is this number 21 or not?

Mrs DD and I walked the dogs along the canal towpath to the Powis Arms at Pool Quay and partook of a swift half. So, technically not visited today on the bike.

However, I did cycle past it on the 29 miler last weekend as part of the canal Triathlon.

So, can I count this as 21 or not?
