Make an image day rather than take an image

I was struggling with the software when I first tried to do this - in fact I've been struggling fullstop all day to day.  Amazingly, as I sat down to turn the power off on the computer I suddenly thought I'd give the edit another try - not thinking I'd get this far ... and voila!  18th C Doug.
