Sid stairs

Kerry and I drive in convoy to her unit, where I collect the broken Hobart mixer. Tomorrow I’ll take it to Dave to see if he can fix it.

I get some seeds in Sainsburys before heading back to the house. It’s cold and I’m tired. I’ve got lots of paperwork to do and loose ends to tidy up. And the router in the house has ceased to function, so I’ve got some re-networking to do too.

Buy five o’clock everything is pretty well wrapped up. I get a pot of frozen curry (one of Owen’s) out of the freezer and let the microwave work it’s magic. How times have changed.

Nick and Annamaria are eating salmon down at the bothy. I borrow Spiral, a gritty French cop drama, and watch the first episode.
