Family day peanut

Today was a bright sunny day. It got up to 6C this afternoon. It was family day today which was a holiday here in Ontario. I took advantage of this and got out for 2 walks one in the morning and one in the afternoon. On my morning walk the birds were very quite and none seemed to be looking for food. But in the afternoon the birds were quite busy and this white breasted nuthatches ws more than happy to take a peanut from my hand.
