Only 3 more dinners left in France :( We're getting to the end here. I don't think I've left the house today, hence the Blip of my dinner. And a not-so-great photo, I do apologize. We spent the day getting ready to leave so we (and by "we" I mean Spencer) did a bunch of laundry today, we packed bags, sorted, organized, recycled... We have our ski and boot bags filled with clothes, and packed a big bag of pedagogical materials to leave for the English assistant next year. Tomorrow we'll be a bit less hermit-like because we're doing a bike ride with Sophie in the morning and we're having tea with Nathalie in the afternoon. If you're wondering what dinner was, I made duck in a honey balsamic glaze with ginger and cayenne pepper topped with scallions, served over rice with string beans on the side. Oh, and a glass of merlot.

Another thing. I created three new galleries of alpine wild flowers that you can find here. Sorry, none of them are labeled yet.
