It's hard to let go of things you pay others to do. Our property manager has been so slow, lately, about managing our rental property. The rental house is next door to ours, the tenants have been great, now they're expecting their first baby in 2 months and first the washer went out, and next the refrigerator.  So, I spent way more of the weekend researching refrigerators. They keep changing the sizes, but the kitchen space for a refrigerator is very specific and would mean a major remodel to change, so I think we'll end up with a smaller, featureless model while I'd love to buy something big and awesome for them. Don't live next door to lovely tenants
