Under The Watchful Gaze Of The Sheep

Dylan and I had a nice walk up at Cleaving Coomb at lunchtime and under the watchful gaze of the sheep in the next door field.

I had another physio session this afternoon and should have been meeting Michelle for a session with Jack afterwards. I was quite relieved when she had to cancel at the last minute and instead I am able to relax on the sofa with a hot water bottle on my back.
