Another day , another cat .

This time it’s Merlin … he belongs to my eldest daughter Zoe .Merlin was one of my first ever litter of orphaned kittens , 8 came into rescue with the worst cat flu vets in the UK had seen in years , it was rife all over the UK . 4 of the kittens didn’t make it , we had to split the remaining 4 up as they needed feeding and medical care every 3 hours so I took 2 and Sue one of the other fosterers took the other pair … Merlin and Mitzi tested me !
As a result of being cat flu kitties they often have runny eyes and sneeze , it’s normal after such a shaky start they stayed with us getting well for 3 months , then Zoe adopted them . As you can see Merlin has a perpetual runny eye but we just bathe it daily and it’s causing him no harm xxx
