A Spider for the Newborn Chick

A black spider (legs showing here in the parents beak) is being transferred after regurgitation to its newborn chick (a "Little Wattlebird"). See the Extra for another shot showing the transfer to the day old chick (orange head just visible). The bird egg was first seen February 8 in a planter pot (my blip for that day).
