When at Mother’s…

I shame to admit (no, I don’t actually) that I can’t make a pancake. I had been blithely unaware of shrove Tuesday until I bumped into a promotional stand (literally) whilst fuelling up at my local garage yesterday.
Anyway, we were heading for tea at my mum’s & of course she was on it- much to the delight of my girls.
I just had to participate too- served simply with lemon juice & sugar of course!
