Look Forward

These little white throated sparrows have become my favorites! We watched this guy bathe in a puddle then preen on the fence. Personality just oozed from him. So sweet.
We had a good day. The physical therapist recommended, due to trips we have planned this summer, that I work hard to strengthen my knees and put off surgery till at least winter due to recovery times. My knees don’t really hurt that bad. I just don want to fall again.
