Warmth

The daffodils must be confused. It was very warm on our morning walk but very cold by the evening. 

Daughter & I had a little spontaneous shopping trip (to get a few things ahead of her weekend away in Dublin for her boyfriend's 30th). She also found some glittery shamrock earrings for her and the other girls. Extra shows our coffee stop at Hotel Chocolat. We are allowed a tiny bit of dark chocolate on our diet as a treat:-) On the whole, we are enjoying it and really feeling the benefits of eating so well (more energy, fast results, feeling brighter etc). 

It's so nice being off this week !
