WIDE WEDNESDAY

It's Wide Wednesday and the challenge is...Reflection(s).

Truth be told, we're having a real live blizzard outside right now with two feet of snow possible before it's over and 40 mph winds pushing it around. No way I'm going outside today...I'm just hoping the power stays on as to the south of us there's freezing rain and that can cause havoc with the electrical grid. Yes, I have a plug-in generator but I really don't want to venture out to set it up unless I have to..

So...this may be stretching the challenge a bit, but I'm staying inside and "reflecting" about warmer climes and a past trip to the California coast.  Enjoy the hillside village and the beauty of the Pacific waves on this unreasonably bad weather day.  I know reflecting in my mind about a past road trip is a stretch...but I outta get at least a couple of points for being inventive.
