Memories of Summer last

I painted this miniature sitting on my favourite bench in Bray looking towards the green kiosk. I was doing some lap-painting and was wearing my netty sea green skirt and comfy sandals. The canvas is 8x5cms

It’s a very basic painting but looking at it puts me in mind of that very day and how light hearted I was feeling.

It’s good to express yourself creatively and I do so through painting, writing stories and poems and, oh yes! I almost forgot, last but not least … taking photographs.
