A long day.

I was up before 6am to go to the gym, but I’d been awake from about 3am worrying about oversleeping!!

I did a short run in the rain on the way home - we haven’t had rain for a while.

Now I’m sitting here in my pjs, and I’m not getting up for anything - except to go to bed.
