Back to York to see the physiotherapist today, she put me through my paces and was delighted with my progress so much that she doesn’t need to see me again.

As we were in the area we dropped into the Designer Outlet, spotted this colourful display of salt and pepper grinders and bought two new mugs at the Denby shop.
