Orange Peel Witch Hazel

I've photographed witch hazels countless times, but never noticed the hairy stems like this before. This is 'Orange Peel' that obviously got bit by some frost. I don't know if its other petals will unfurl or not due to more freezing weather on the way.

The township had a meeting for our 3 streets affected by flooding.  We didn't go because we were both under the weather.  I got the update from a neighbor.
