A praying Mantis

After taking these shots with my iPhone 8 I stepped inside for my iPad which is more updated and I had hoped would give a clearer closeup. The praying mantis didn’t wait for my return.

A bit of rain today and lower temperatures which is a relief from the intense heat and humidity we have been having.
