Heading Home

I took a walk around Frensham Little Pond today on the lookout for wildlife and reflections (for BobsBlips Wide Wednesday challenge).


The former was rather lacking with only a handful of birds in evidence on the pond.  I did spot a heron among the reed beds in the gathering gloom, however by then I had switched to the standard lens to capture the developing sunset.  It was not the most spectacular, but with the reflections and the two ducks heading home to their overnight roost I was extremely happy with the result (another view in extras).
