Lossburn Reservoir
A lovely morning to collect another reservoir for the 30 Challenge (extra). We've not visited Lossburn, high in the Ochil Hills, since September 2020. There's a big difference in the landscape as a lot of tree planting is going on. Not acres of Sitka spruce either, thank goodness. Here's the outflow from the reservoir tumbling into the Loss Burn.
We've stopped in Bridge of Allan for a coffee then home to sort myself out for a trustee meeting tonight. After a busy Community Council last night I could do without another full on evening but that's how it goes.
Talking of last night there was the most beautiful sky with the waxing crescent moon, Jupiter and Venus. It was cold, clear and still. Cold enough for ice up in the hills this morning.
Limited blip time again today I'm afraid.
