I hope you don’t mind more bluebirds, I can’t get enough of them! • As anticipated the pair yesterday brought six of their friends today. They’ve indulged in mealworms, suet, seeds and nuts. Apparently it’s an anything goes kinda day. In fact it’s been like Grand Central Station with birds flying in and out all day long. They were here during the morning snow and have remained all afternoon fueling up for even colder air and more snow tonight • Along with the feeders, the heated bird bath has been all the rage. It’s been nonstop busy too with sometimes up to six perched around the edges taking in a long drink • Who can resist these two blue patrons? • Other than birdwatching I’ve shoveled and played with Bert. That’s it. Now it’s time to think about dinner…I’ve worked up an appetite :)
