Donut

I slept long!
Had a lovely morning on the mat with Yoga and Meditation.
It was bliss.

Was at my desk for WBN networking then cracked on for a while before Neil and I went to the singing girls for some food.

The lovely girl working there gifted me this beautiful Donut as I told her I was going back to work.
I love this place!

Back home I contunued working and now I am done - 11 pm.

I am just better working in the evenings than in the mornings ... I am blessed that I can work the way it works best with my energy.

Blipping this lovely donut - which I may eat right now :)
