Sunday 
Woke with a really sore shoulder. Had a walk at Cramond in the morning and then met Steven, Lisa and Norah for lunch at lauriston farm - Lisa's dad and Mel were there too.
The pain in my shoulder got worse as the day went on and was in agony by the evening. Not much sleep.
