Mr Snippets experimented in the kitchen again this afternoon. He made us "Nando's" fish, as he calls it. Looks easy to make too!
Recipe:
Dust fish (he used Hake) with seasoned cake flour (salt, pepper & spices)
Arrange butter on fish and bake uncovered at 180C 10 minutes
Mix... 125ml mayonnaise, 20 ml Nando's PeriPeri sauce, 10ml lemon juice and 5ml parsely
Pour over the fish and bake for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve
