CDWM Dubai !! Whiskey marinated Wagyu Beef

It was our turn last night in our game of Come Dine With Me - Dubai style

This is the main course with its fresh marinade. Gem went and picked up some Wagyu beef fillets, which I then marinaded in:
Whiskey
Soy Sauce
Fresh Rosemary, Coriander and Thyme
Olive Oil
Spring Onions

Left it on for two hours and then drained it off. It was fantastic, lovely flavor. Better still though the meat was perfect, could of cut it with a spoon!
