Medical Miracle

I have never been able to park closer than 300 metres from the medical centre in Estepona. There is never a space anywhere, but today, lo and behold, I managed to park right outside the door! Could hardly believe it.

So after some physio with Roccio, a bit of massage and some exercises designed to teach me to walk again, I was able to get to my car with ease. I'm usually a bit wobbly after all the pummelling and so on.

Thence to the gym for some more circuits on the machines and a sauna.

Not a bad start to half term.
