Seasoning the Paella

Walked through Borough Market to meet some old friends for lunch and it is lovely to catch up with them while I’m down here. However, we resisted the temptation to eat here although there were some tempting offerings. Lots of tomatoes as well but the mushrooms were out of my price range!
