Greens
Very happy that we have a good variety of greens available in the garden - this is a mix of different kales and spring greens. Had them with a tasty dish of oyster mushrooms cooked with lentils and orzo.
Earlier we went for lunch at An Tobar. Have to be honest the food wasn’t great - really disappointing and just don’t understand why, soup and half a filled baguette isn’t rocket science. We did see Treshnish there after and it was lovely to catch up.
