No, Mrs IPBRE has not shrunk, this is just a very large door, one of two, in the Scottish Parliament.
It is a bit oversized but the building is quite impressive inside. Externally I would not be surprised to see concrete problems sometime in the future as cracking following reinforcement is viable in places.
