Holiday - part 2

We were up and packed by 11, heading south on the A14 to another Foxton, this time in Cambs, to the little campsite we stayed in last year. It was empty, so we parked up, then drove to Scotsdales, a favourite garden centre when we lived here. There we had some lunch and a quick wander, then back to the caravan to get ready for our evening.

And what an amazing evening it was, catching up with all these lovely people, (& a few more I missed, sorry Alan & Rachel) After my Facebook post yesterday, these old friends all came to spend an evening with us in The Crown, one of Linton's popular pubs. I didn't expect to see so many 'old' faces, but was touched that there are still so many people who wanted to enjoy an evening with us. Especially quite a few who already had plans for this evening, and who squeezed us in first.

As always, one evening wasn't enough, but we will be back!!
