Fringe Flower

Well, it certainly fits its name.  We had planned on going to the current Southern Circuit Tour Film tonight, but it was sold out. We got ice cream instead and now home ready to take on the weekend.

This little shrub at the front of the house was planted when we bought the house - there were two and one was looking sad so I pulled it out. Kind of wished I didn't now.  Kind of a treat to see these flowers in February still.

In extra is the golden hour just before sunrise. Myles and I were out walking at 7:30 am.
