Chicken Curry

A tried and true family fave, but rough and ready blip. Having been off the bike for 3 weeks. I was keen to get out there today, rain or shine and the Wellington weather Gods smiled upon us - a bit chillier than what I've been used to recently but the forecasted rain stayed away. I kept away from any big hills though - will ease back into them.
