Pelican Through The Trees

I spotted this huge pelican at the lake this morning. He was hoovering up all sorts of things including some baby ducks eeek!!!  He was motoring around really fast and I could only catch this shot through the trees, the other birds were scattering before he got to them, pretty scary predator!!

In extras is a lovely banksia spotted in a garden on our travels.

Its been a big day as usual and a lot of fun was had by all ; )
