Silly Saturday

The doctor at the fracture clinic signed me off on Thursday, although my wrist is still slightly painful, and swollen. So  am going to try some of the excercises the Spanish doctor advised me to do, once it was healed.
I don't think I will be attempting the ones at the bottom of the page though....they made me laugh.....
Hasn't it turned cold again!!
